  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Carriers: We use major European couriers to ensure fast, reliable delivery

  • Tracking: Available on all orders

Returns & Refunds

  • Matcha & Consumables: Cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo to request a replacement or refund.

  • Accessories & Non-Food Items: Returnable within 14 days if unused, undamaged, and not purchased with a discount. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Processed back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
