2. Orders & Payments
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, and more. Prices may be displayed in EUR, USD, CAD, or AUD. Taxes are calculated in accordance with the European Union’s One Stop Shop (OSS) VAT rules.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.
3. Shipping & Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We ship throughout Europe using reliable regional carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your country.
4. Returns & Refunds

Damaged items: If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof to request a refund or replacement.

Non-alimentary products (e.g., tools or accessories): May be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and not purchased at a promotional price.

Food products: Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on matcha or other consumables unless they arrive damaged.
5. Intellectual Property
The Miyaka Matcha name, logo, and related branding are the exclusive property of Miyaka Matcha and may not be used without permission.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Local legal rights may vary.
