Our matcha is sourced from Uji — the legendary region known as the heart of Japan’s finest green tea. Generations of craftsmanship ensure unmatched purity and quality.
SHADE-CULTIVATED EXCELLENCE
The tea plants are shaded for several weeks before harvest, increasing chlorophyll and L-theanine. This results in a vibrant green color, smooth texture, and deep, umami-rich flavor.
FIRST HARVEST LEAVES
Only the youngest, most tender leaves from the first spring harvest are selected when the plant is at peak flavor and nutritional value.
STONE GROUND TO PERFECTION
The leaves are carefully ground using traditional granite mills, preserving their natural qualities and yielding an exceptionally fine, creamy matcha powder.
