SHADE-CULTIVATED EXCELLENCE
Weeks before harvest, the tea plants are carefully shaded to boost chlorophyll and L-theanine. The result: a brilliant green colour, silky texture, and a deep, umami-rich flavour.
FIRST HARVEST LEAVES
Only the youngest, most tender leaves from the first spring harvest are chosen when the tea is at its peak of flavour and nutrition.
STONE GROUND TO PERFECTION
Using traditional granite mills, the leaves are slowly ground to preserve their natural qualities, producing an exceptionally fine, creamy matcha powder.
